Our Slat Belt running surface also has distinct advantages for you and your facility. Lasting up to 150,000 miles without a single belt change or deck swap, it was designed to make up for conventional treadmill's shortcomings, most notably wear and friction. The rubberized slats are built like a tank, literally. With 114 ball bearings, the belt glides which results in years of life with very little maintenance and up to 50% in electrical savings. There is also no need to adjust and tension the belt as our design utilizes tracking rollers and a toothed pulley.

The all new 4Front Slat Belt improves upon the industry’s best running surface with a unique hexagon design and moves the logo to the sides, improving the wear pattern. The result is a running surface that can incur five times more usage without signs of visible wear.
